A. There aren't many options when dealing with a monitor. While the computer is switched off, please check the monitor power lead to make sure it's firmly connected and switched on. Next, check the lead running from the monitor to the computer to ensure it is also firmly connected and secure.
Turn the monitor on, then the compter. If you get a green light on the monitor showing that it has power but you still have no picture, have a play with the various adjustments (E.G. brightness, contrast etc.) and see if something has gone haywire there. If your monitor is still not working, you may need a new one.
