Security Checks If we suspect that there is a problem involving viruses or spyware we will run a anti virus check which involves us to install a anti-virus freeware to get rid of or fix anything that is making a problem.
Software and System Updates
When you have old software it can cause the computer to run slow and not responsive. Then it is a good idea to update the software or upgrade significantly to a newer version.
Analyse and Defragment
If your computer is running slow or being non-responsive the best way to make it faster is to Defrag and clean up your computer using computer maintenance. This may take a couple of minutes to a couple of hours depending on your computer speed.
System Recovery and Restoring
It is required that you do regular backups in case of any power issues, or your computer being non-responsive so you will not loose any data that you may need in the future. Backups can be on CD, DVD, USB Drive etc.
